Awareness
Awareness is the key to transformation. Awareness has to be so acute that you can recognize and catch the impulses as they are happening and not just after.

Acceptance
The judgement within is the toughest to overcome. And this makes internal patterns sticky, whether they are repetitive emotions, thoughts or behaviors. Acceptance doesn’t mean tolerance. Acceptance makes you more capable of change. Tolerance makes you frustrated but doesn’t allow you to let it go.

Intention
Your mind is a GPS. It is really good at directing you. You have to know where you want it to take you otherwise it will take you somewhere else. Awareness is your current location & intention is your destination. Your mind is capable of redirecting you to your destination once you learn the tools of awareness and intentionality.

Practice & maintain
Like you can’t get fit by reading a bunch of articles on health, and you have to go to the gym to maintain physical fitness. Your mental health & mindset training requires reps and consistent practice.
